Little Acorns Bookstore is not only the largest independent bookstore in the north west of Ireland, but it also houses Ireland’s only Typewriter Museum. We display a range of antique typewriters that we have collected over the years. You are bound to be impressed by our collection of typewriter, some of which are quite valuable. Whether you want to take a few pictures or learn more about typewriters, you should definitely pay a visit to our bookstore. The Little Acorns bookstore is a small bookshop with a well-priced range of second hand and some antiquarian books across a wide range of fiction and non-fiction, with no particular speciality. It is housed in a standalone unit within the Britannia Hall and can be considered part of the Society Street Indoor Market housed within the Britannia Hall.
